The last twenty years have been an unbelievable adventure for me. It started the day my friend and I witnessed the release of Microsoft Windows 3.0 in the library of the San Diego State University. A few weeks later I had already installed the first integrated development environment. In line with our software engineering project and with the help of 8 other students we were able to structure texts standardized and send them out in compressed form via the internet. The recipient could use the same technique to receive a formatted text.
The applied structured methods in combination with standard software should simplify the work of the people.
Although we did not know exactly, what all was possible with this, it yet had changed my life.
