Storing e-mails


Write your mail in Microsoft Outlook in the usual way. Press the "Send" -button and the mail is then automatically processed. Organize easily the mail of existing Tickets or sales opportunities. Archive mails to multiple people at the same time.

Create sales opportunities

Get in contact with an interested person and let him get the first information. Then you can use the sales opportunity from the mail for further processing.

Create tickets from e-mail communication

Easily create CRM tickets from an incoming mail and, when you reply, provide the ticket ID as a reference.

Determine a ticket reference from the e-mail subject. Dynamically set the properties of tickets (16 properties possible)

Create contacts

If you are in contact with a person who has not yet been created in the CRM, you can create the person from the sending of the mail quite easily in the Sage CRM and assign the communication to her.
