Starting position:
Sphinx is one of the market leaders in data communications products. As the company now has many branches in Europe, a good flow of information is very important.
Solution:
In addition to our multilingual Sage 100 user interface,Sphinx also uses our solution for international data synchronization in the various branches. Thus, necessary company data can be accessed from all locations. Sage CRM was integrated into the existing Office Line environment. Here, customer data can be accessed from all branches.
Result:
Duplicate data entry and input errors are avoided thanks to synchronized entries. Efficient communication between the branches is particularly evident in order processing, which is automatically forwarded to the head office in Germany, for example.
So Sphinx can now concentrate fully on its customers again.
